iBall Andi 4.5-K6 with Android 4.2, dual-core processor launched at Rs. 7,899

iBall has expanded its Andi smartphone series with the launch of the Andi 4.5-K6 at Rs. 7,899 for the Indian market.

The iBall Andi 4.5-K6 was earlier available via an e-commerce website at Rs. 7,395 in December 2013.


The iBall Andi 4.5-K6 is a dual-SIM 3G-enabled smartphone with support for GSM+GSM and dual standby. It runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box.


The Andi 4.5-K6 features a 4.5-inch qHD (960 x 540 pixels) IPS display and offers a pixel density of 245 ppi. The smartphone is powered by a dual-core 1.3GHz Cortex A7 processor (unspecified chipset) coupled with a PowerVR SGX544 GPU and 1GB of RAM.


It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a front-facing camera with unspecified resolution. There is 4GB of inbuilt storage on the iBall Andi 4.5-K6, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone packs a 1600mAh battery.


Connectivity options on the iBall Andi4.5-K6 include Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi direct, Bluetooth, EDGE /GPRS, GPS, Micro-USB and FM radio with recording. The Andi 4.5-K6 comes with dimensions 136.6x67x10.6mm and weighs 153 grams.


Commenting on the launch Director, iBall, Sandeep Parasrampuria said, "Andi 4.5-K6 is beautifully crafted with a sleek and slim design that is first on every users mind and is terrific performer with its technology loaded features."


Earlier in February, iBall launched the Andi 5K Sparkle at Rs. 9,999. The iBall Andi 5K Sparkle runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box and is a dual-SIM phablet with support for GSM+GSM and dual standby.


It features a 5-inch IPS qHD display with 540x960 pixels resolution and offers a pixel density of 220 ppi. The phablet is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor (unspecified chipset) along with 512MB of RAM.
